Job Description

  • Oversee product lifecycle from idea generation, business case formulation, to commercialization, especially focusing on telecom-specific products.
  • Conduct detailed market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to develop product positioning, messaging, and GTM plans that resonate with target personas.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to plan and execute product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive product adoption and achieve revenue targets.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure alignment between product development and market demands. Manage vendors and oversee end-to-end service delivery.
  • Provide product/solution training to sales team and facilitate the sales process.
  • Build relationships with customers to gather feedback, identify use cases, and improve customer experience. Represent the company at industry events and liaise between local markets and global partners to understand market trends, product roadmaps and feature requirements.
  • Provide technical consultancy to sales and marketing teams, understand network services and telecommunications industry dynamics, and use analytical skills to suggest product improvements and strategic actions.
  • Develop high-quality marketing materials to support product marketing efforts and enhance brand messaging.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or a related field.
  • at least 12 years of experience in product marketing in telecommunications or technology sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills and problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, English and Chinese, Mandarin will be a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
