We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in Private Wealth Management, regulatory compliance, and technology-driven transformation. The successful candidate will work closely with IT, Compliance, and Front Office teams to support the design and implementation of client reporting systems, data governance frameworks, and process enhancements.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Compliance, and IT to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Analyze current-state processes and systems; identify gaps and propose enhancements aligned with regulatory and business needs.
  • Support the implementation of client reporting platforms and data governance solutions.
  • Drive end-to-end project activities including requirements gathering, documentation, UAT planning, and post-implementation support.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Prepare project documentation, regulatory updates, and stakeholder communication materials.
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • An undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience working in a similar role within the Financial Services industry.
  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
