Our client is looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Demand Planning Manager to join their growing team. This role is responsible for forecasting demand, optimizing inventory, and supporting supply chain decisions across a diverse and fast-moving product portfolio. You will play a key role in aligning planning processes with business goals and customer expectations.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and promotional plans
  • Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and commercial teams to align forecasts with business strategies
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement in planning processes
  • Identify risks and opportunities in inventory and supply planning
  • Support system enhancements and reporting tools to improve visibility and decision-making

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and Excel; experience with ERP or planning systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
