This position requires a strong overall Business Development professional who will lead and drive the commercial strategy and fully maximize the potential of the organization's business growth

Job Description

Commercial Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Formulate and implement long-term commercial strategies that support the company's

growth objectives, focusing on market analysis, trend identification, and competitive

positioning to drive market share.

- Engage with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Manufacturing

Operations teams, as needed to secure new clients and business opportunities.

- Spearhead sales initiatives to meet revenue targets, leveraging insights to enhance market

presence and client engagement.

Business Terms Negotiation:

- Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements with clients, while initiating efforts to

secure favourable terms that align with the company's overall objectives

Key Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with existing key clients and potential clients, ensuring high

levels of customer satisfaction

Continuous Improvement and KPI Setting:

- Review and refine strategies based on performance data and changing market conditions

The Successful Applicant

At least 15 years working experience in Manufacturing sector with over 8 years in commercial/ corporate development role in multinational companies serving key accounts

Full ownership of key accounts and a proven history of success of securing new clients

Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with expertise in project management

Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to translate concepts effectively

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain management

In-depth understanding of market dynamics and new product introduction processes within the high-tech electronics industry or related sectors

Establish and nurture relationships that deliver meaningful business impact.

Excellent command of both written and spoken English

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build initiatives from the ground up and translate ideas into actionable plans

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field with Master's degree (MBA) is preferred
