Job Description

  • Act as the Head of HR Shared Services team to ensure smooth delivery of entire employee life cycle from recruitment, onboarding, benefits process, employee data management, payroll management, international mobility, visa applications, offboarding, etc. with a high volume of ins & outs
  • Oversees People Operations team in Hong Kong Office, including staffing, planning and assigning work to team members, handling escalations, trouble-shooting and performance management.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of delivery by regularly auditing and implementing checking mechanisms and quality controls.
  • Review and standardize job instructions, process, and systems documentation.
  • Analyze internal process and procedures and formulate and recommend proper changes and process streamlining as needed
  • Performs work that involves conventional HR practices but may include a variety of complex situations and issues.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Human Resources / Business Management or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years of HR operations / shared services experience with at least 3 years in a team leader/ manager role.
  • Candidates with working experience in sizable, matrixed and complex organization, experience in financial services / professional industries is advantageous
  • Familiar with Hong Kong labour ordinance and regulations
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with strong communications, interpersonal and presentation skills to work in a multinational environment
  • Detailed-minded, process focused and well organized, able to handle high volume of HR operation transactions
  • Positive, people oriented and a good team player
