Job Description

As an Investor Relations Position, your main responsibilities will include:Fundraising Strategy & Execution

  • Lead capital raising efforts targeting family offices, HNWIs, private banks, corporates with Bitcoin treasuries, VCs, and institutional investors globally, with a focus on Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
  • Leverage a strong existing network to secure commitments from new limited partners (LPs).
  • Assist in the preparation of compelling marketing materials and performance updates.



Investor Relations

  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective LPs.
  • Manage investor reporting, quarterly updates, and ongoing communication to ensure transparency and trust.
  • Coordinate due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), onboarding, and investor documentation with legal and compliance teams.



Strategic Input

  • Provide feedback from investor interactions to inform fund positioning, product development, and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership on capital planning and scaling initiatives.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Investor Relations Position should have:· 5-10+ years of experience in fundraising or investor relations within hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, or alternative investments.

· Strong relationships with private wealth channels, particularly family offices across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

· Proven track record of capital raised across alternative strategies.

· Knowledge and conviction in digital assets, Bitcoin, and the broader crypto market.

· Familiarity with fund operations and regulatory frameworks such as Singapore MAS licensing is a strong plus.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

· Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build from the ground up.
