The ideal candidate will be both a visionary and an operator, capable of driving big-picture strategy while ensuring daily execution meets the highest operational standards.Job DescriptionLead and optimise day-to-day operations across multiple factory sitesBuild and implement long-term manufacturing strategy aligned with corporate and commercial goalsOversee factory floor performance including capacity planning, productivity, equipment utilisation, and labour efficiencyChampion lean manufacturing principles and digital automation across sitesManage factory budgets, KPIs, and capital investments with a focus on ROI and operational agilityMaintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standardsPartner closely with R&D, Product Development, and Engineering for seamless NPIDrive culture of operational excellence, employee engagement, and continuous improvementThe Successful ApplicantDegree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business15+ years of manufacturing leadership, including senior factory management rolesExperience in hardgoods manufacturing (e.g., tools, hardware, home, gardening, consumer durables, electronics)Demonstrated success in managing multi-site operations, new factory set up and scaling factory capabilitiesStrong background in lean/six sigma, ERP systems, and operational transformationOpen to frequent travel for factory visitsFluent in Cantonese, English and MandarinWhat's on OfferAttractive package will be offered to the shortlisted candidate.
