Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsWork for a high-tech company with global market expansion.Empower business teams with actionable insights.About Our ClientThe employer is a high-tech company, with a strong presence in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and international markets.Job Description*Develop, implement, and continuously optimize the company's import/export compliance framework, including policy interpretation, trade procedure reviews, customs compliance, and license management.*Conduct trade compliance risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure business operations comply with international trade regulations, such as Chinese customs law, the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and EU trade directives.*Collaborate with business teams to resolve cross-border trade compliance issues and provide practical solutions.*Monitor and analyze policy developments related to U.S.-China trade, export controls, and international regulations. Provide timely updates, risk insights, and compliance recommendations to internal stakeholders.*Establish and implement internal export control policies, operational guidelines, and review mechanisms to embed compliance into business processes and enable proactive risk prevention.*Organize internal compliance training programs to raise awareness across departments.
