About Our Client

Our client is a reputable and top-ranked multinational law firm with more than 30 offices globally. They are renowned for their people-oriented culture, and innovative and customer-focused approach.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end lateral recruitment and on-boarding process
  • Manage graduate recruitment logistics, organize law fair and campus talk
  • Support secondments and Global Mobility relocations.
  • Assist in HR initiatives, policy reviews, process improvements, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Manage employee and stakeholder relationships; handle employee inquiries.
  • Assist in coaching junior team members.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years' HR experience, ideally in legal/professional services.
  • Familiarity with HK Law Society compliance is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HK Labour Law and related regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Proficient in MS office applications.
