The company is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join its HR Business Partner team to support operational excellence and employee engagement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both corporate and operational roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries and questions, providing timely and accurate HR guidance on policies, benefits, and workplace matters.
  • Address employee concerns, facilitate conflict resolution, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Partner with business units to support manpower planning, organizational design, and resource allocation to drive business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with Hong Kong labor laws.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including contract management and policy updates, as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle for diverse roles.
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle staff inquiries and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
