Job Description

  • Providing support in the recruitment process, including interview coordination, background check procedure, data collection and pre-onboarding documentation
  • Supporting the HRBP team on and onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data and records.
  • Contributing to the improvement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assisting with workforce planning and organizational development projects, implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address HR-related challenges.
  • Analyzing HR data to provide insights and reports for decision-making processes.
  • Participating in ad-hoc HR projects as required by the team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR support experience in an international firm
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data processing tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • An understanding of HR functions and best practices within the professional services industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
