Job Description

  • Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to define and deliver AI and data science solutions.
  • Leverage consulting expertise to guide clients through digital transformation, identifying opportunities for AI integration and operational improvement.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business goals and AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in AI models and tools.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes using AI-driven insights and automation.
  • Support change management efforts through documentation, training, and stakeholder communication.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
  • Assess risks and evaluate the business impact of AI solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in AI/ML or data-driven projects.
  • Proven consultancy experience, ideally with a top-tier or boutique consulting firm.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, data lifecycle, and model deployment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Power BI/Tableau, and BPMN.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
