This role serves as a key liaison between Hong Kong and PRC regions, ensuring compliance and effective communication with payroll and benefits teams to support strategic HR initiatives.

The company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Officer specializing in Recruitment and Compensation to drive talent acquisition, manpower planning, and compensation strategies, supporting both corporate and operational teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate functions and operational staff, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.



Manpower Planning & HR Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with departments to support manpower planning, headcount forecasting, and resource allocation to align with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives, such as workforce optimization and employee engagement programs, to drive business success.



Compensation & Benefits Management:

  • Work closely with payroll and benefits teams to manage salary data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Hong Kong and PRC labor laws.
  • Provide expert advice on salary structures, bonuses, and benefits packages, ensuring market competitiveness and regulatory adherence.
  • Serve as the primary contact person for compensation-related matters between Hong Kong and PRC regions, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.



Compliance & Reporting:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong and PRC labor laws, ensuring all recruitment and compensation practices comply with regulations.
  • Prepare and submit HR reports on recruitment metrics, headcount, and compensation data to support strategic decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and compensation management.
  • Proven expertise in managing the full recruitment cycle for both corporate and operational roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong and PRC labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills to conduct compensation benchmarking and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders across Hong Kong and PRC regions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to facilitate effective communication with PRC teams.
