Job Description

Reporting to the Head of HR and the COE Lead at headquarters, you will act as an individual contributor with a primary focus on C&B projects, HRIS upgrades (SAP SuccessFactors), and data analytics. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing C&B programs, as well as supporting local business decisions related to budget, manpower planning, staff costs, and talent attraction and retention plans. You will collaborate closely with local HR teams on C&B projects and programs such as salary benchmarking, salary surveys, job evaluations, job grading, objective setting, payroll audits, performance evaluations, and overseeing the annual compensation process, ensuring adherence to global requirements and guidelines. Additionally, you will advise management on pay decisions and policy interpretations, support newly acquired businesses with C&B integration and harmonization, and provide insights through data analytics. You will also represent the BU HR during the review cycle at the headquarters' C&B level.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 10-15 years' of C&B experience with a solid track record and passion in driving C&B projects and data analytics for sizable MNC with a regional scope. You will be degree qualified in HR or other related fields with strong knowledge in C&B programs. Candidates with prior experience using SAP Success Factor (or other compatible HRIS brands), Power BI and Excel skills will be required. A good level of spoken and written English & Chinese (including Mandarin) will be required, and those with prior regional project management experience will be highly sought after. We are looking for talents who possess strong analytical, problem solving , leadership and communication skills.
