Job Description

  • Develop and maintain a technical solution implementation road map to align with the Bank's strategic goals and foster business growth through the adoption of suitable technologies.
  • Lead and drive technical implementation of tactical initiatives, overseeing projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage IT projects end-to-end, including solution evaluation, proposal preparation, project planning, risk assessment, reporting, documentation, change management, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, business partners, and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives effectively and efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • PMP or ECF-Fintech certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant IT project management experience, ideally within the banking sector.
  • Strong expertise in digital transformation, cloud computing, and core banking systems.
  • Solid banking business domain knowledge, particularly in digital innovation.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, with strong organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills to communicate project plans and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive change management, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Experience in vendor and team management with the ability to engage business users effectively.
