The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project management, financial modeling, and insurance operations, with a strong ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Lead the PMO function for A&H strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, review, and refine business cases for new projects, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and risk assessments.
  • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, templates, and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Distribution, IT, Finance, Operations) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project portfolio performance, risks, and financial to senior leadership.
  • Facilitate steering committees, project reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project/program management, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and evaluating business cases for strategic initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry, preferably in Accident & Health.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence) and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
