Job Description

As the Assistant Manager of Compensation & Benefits for the Asia-Pacific region, you will support the design and delivery of a competitive pay and benefits programs across multiple countries. Your responsibilities will include helping to manage the annual salary and bonus review process, assisting with benefits renewals, and ensuring accurate data is maintained in the HR system. You'll work closely with the regional team to maintain job levels, salary ranges, and grading structures to ensure consistency and fairness. In addition, you'll support regional compensation and benefits projects, prepare reports, and collaborate with HR and business teams to manage costs and align with broader goals. You'll also coordinate with external vendors and consultants to obtain reliable market data and services, and provide guidance and training to HR colleagues on compensation-related topics. Staying informed about market trends and legal changes will be important to ensure our programs remain competitive and compliant.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 5 to 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits operations. Exposure to C&B projects, HR analytics, and HR reporting is highly desirable. A strong track record in managing C&B functions within multinational organizations-particularly those with a workforce of around 1,000 employees-is essential. We are seeking a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and HRIS platforms is also required.
