Job Description

  • This individual will be the rewards lead to manage the rewards function including various rewards projects, policies review, executive compensation, staff cost planning and rewards reports
  • Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluation, job grading structure exercise and promotion/transfer proposal for all employees in various markets and businesses
  • Manage the process of annual salary review, bonus recommendation, benchmarking for staff package, and internal audit
  • Supervise the staff cost budget, forecast, and reports for top management review
  • Review staff benefits offerings, conduct benchmarking and support the annual insurance renewal process
  • Lead a number of C&B projects to retain and attract top talents, as well as to find the right opportunities for better manpower planning and cost saving purposes.
  • Provide rewards insights and proposal for best practices to drive operational excellence

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree qualified in HR Management
  • Minimum of 12-15 years specializing in Compensation & Benefits from sizable organizations with experience from mixed industry including banking would be ideal
  • Capable in overseeing the C&B operations, but also have the experience taking lead in the design, development and rolling out of C&B projects
  • C&B project experience is highly essential, and we welcome candidates from both in-house and consultancy background
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is crucial, Chinese writing required
