About Our Client

Our client is a well-established conglomerate, with group office in Hong Kong and a strong presence in the market. They have offices across the globe, multiple locations in America, Asia, and Europe. They provide quality products with a strong reputation, and have excellent business performance in recent years.

To support their Rewards function, they are looking for a stable, flexible, and independent Manager, Rewards with Projects Exposure to handle upcoming job grading exercise, reporting, and system implementation, etc.

Job Description

  • Designing and implementing competitive rewards programs that align with business objectives.
  • Conducting regular market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • Leading the annual salary review and bonus cycle processes efficiently.
  • Providing expert advice to senior leadership on rewards policies and practices.
  • Managing employee benefits programs and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborating with HR business partners to address compensation-related queries, data consolidation and reporting
  • Developing communication strategies to enhance understanding of rewards programs.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize and improve reward frameworks.

The Successful Applicant

  • A stable background in compensation and benefits, rewards management from sizable organizations.
  • Proven expertise in developing and managing rewards strategies.
  • Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data effectively.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and market trends in various industries.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent spoken and writtent Chinese and English.
