Job Description
- Investigate and resolve incidents reported by business users across Banking applications.
- Coordinate with internal IT and Banking teams to manage and resolve major incidents.
- Provide timely updates and communication to business stakeholders.
- Document issues, resolutions, and share knowledge within the support team.
- Participate in system enhancement initiatives as a developer or business analyst.
- Ensuring optimal system performance through regular maintenance
- Training users on the proper use of hardware and software
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role within a financial institution.
- Hands-on experience with OpenLink Findur/Endur or other major trading platforms.
- Familiarity with GoldenSource or similar enterprise data management systems.
- Solid understanding of banking operations and financial systems.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks.
- Trading System Support is strongly preferred.
- Native English is a must
