The company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Officer specializing in Benefits and Staff Relations to enhance employee well-being through robust benefits programs and drive engagement through meaningful staff activities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Benefits Management:

  • Oversee the full spectrum of employee benefits programs, including insurance, medical, and other welfare schemes, ensuring annual reviews are conducted to maintain competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with external brokers to communicate and negotiate medical plan details, ensuring cost-effective and employee-centric solutions.
  • Work with external parties to secure staff discounts and explore additional external benefits to enhance employee value propositions.



Staff Relations & Engagement:

  • Coordinate and execute staff engagement activities, including festive events, staff award ceremonies, and other employee-focused initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Lead the planning and logistics of company-wide events, ensuring high participation and alignment with organizational values.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and promoting open communication to enhance workplace morale.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, such as recognition programs and wellness activities, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of HR experience, with a focus on benefits administration and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong and PRC labor laws, insurance regulations, and benefits compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in managing employee benefits programs, including medical and insurance plans, and collaborating with external brokers.
  • Excellent organizational and event-planning skills, with a track record of coordinating successful staff engagement activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders across Hong Kong and PRC regions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, people-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to facilitate effective communication with PRC teams.
